We are concluding an unit on Pre-Civil War and the Battles of the Civil War.
Weekly Calendar
Tuesday, May 29th- In class, go over 2 more slides and discuss essay due by Sunday, June 3rd or before. Watch "Story of Us" Civil War and take notes. Homework- Work on essay. If no computer at home, go to SSC.
Wednesday, May 30th-In class, complete rest of slides for Pre-Civil War unit and finish "Story of Us" Civil War movie and taking notes. Homework- Work on essay. If no computer at home, go to SSC.
Thursday, May 31st-In class, present learning targets of Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village presentation and if time remaining study for matching quiz of event of Pre-Civil War quiz.
Friday, June 1st- In class, take Pre-Civil War quiz (matching) from slides. Time to work on essay rough draft or give presentations.
Monday, June 4th-In class, hand out Civil War battle packets and take notes using the Civil War slideshow. Homework- If don't have 1st two pages done, complete at home.
Tuesday, June 5th- In class, work on Civil War battle packet (notes will be used on open note test on Wednesday). Homework- Complete packet if not done so can use for test.
Wednesday, June 6th-In class, take open note test on Civil War using Civil War packet notes.
Friday, June 8th-In class, play USH game for extra credit.
